Rookies is proudly part of the Karas Restaurant Group, a family-owned restaurant group that has been serving the Fox Valley for over 50 years. Founded by the Karas family, the group includes beloved local brands like The Village Squire, Alexander's Cafe, and Old Republic Kitchen + Bar.
